Billing questions
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. You can pay with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports it. We never see or store your card number.
When am I charged?
Right away when you join, then on the same day every month until you cancel.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time from Settings, Plan and billing. Moving up or down changes this month's charge for the days that are left, so you only pay for what you use.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings, Plan and billing, then Payment method, receipts and cancel. Your access stays on until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Do you give refunds?
Your first payment on a plan can be refunded within 7 days if the site is not for you. Email us from the address on your account. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next one at any time.
What happens to my profile if I cancel?
Your account and profile stay, so you can come back any time. The videos, chat and announcements unlock again the moment you pick a plan.
Prices in US dollars. Taxes may apply where required. See the Terms of Service.
