Privacy Policy
Last updated 26 October 2026.
This policy explains what NYPTID Industries collects when you use hsib.nyptid.com, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run your account and the members site, and we do not sell your information.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password. We never store your password itself.
- Profile: the picture, display name, work and bio you choose to add. Other members can see these, never your email.
- Membership: your plan, its status and renewal date, and the Stripe customer and subscription IDs that link your account to your payments.
- What you post: chat messages, reactions, comments, likes and ideas you send.
- Activity: which video you are watching while you are signed in (shown to other members in the chat's Activity list), view counts, and when you were last online.
- Technical data: your IP address, used briefly to stop abuse such as repeated sign in attempts, and standard server logs.
What we do not collect
Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. We do not use advertising trackers or sell or rent your data. We set one cookie, which keeps you signed in.
Who helps us run the Service
- Stripe processes payments and runs the billing portal (Stripe's privacy policy).
- Resend sends account emails such as confirmation and password reset links.
- Vercel serves the web pages.
- Contabo hosts our server, where accounts, chat and videos are stored.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while it is open. If you close it, we delete your profile and account details within 30 days, except payment records we must keep for tax and accounting law. Chat messages you deleted are hidden right away and removed from backups as they cycle.
Your choices and rights
You can edit or remove your profile picture, name, work and bio at any time in Settings. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account by emailing omatic657@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA) you may have further rights, including to object or to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The Service is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed with scrypt, and access to the server is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you.
Changes
We will post any update here with a new date, and email members about material changes.
