Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of hsib.nyptid.com and any Horror Stories In Between membership (the "Service"). The Service is run by NYPTID Industries ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You need to be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if higher, to create an account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.

2. Memberships and billing

Memberships are monthly subscriptions billed in US dollars through Stripe. You are charged when you join and then every month on the same day until you cancel. Changing plans adjusts the current month's charge for the days that remain. Prices can change; we will tell you by email at least 14 days before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

3. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time from Settings, Plan and billing. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Your first payment on a plan can be refunded within 7 days of the charge on request. Renewal payments are not refunded. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have under the law where you live.

4. Content and your use of it

Videos, Shorts, Case Files, scripts, stills and other material on the Service belong to NYPTID Industries or its licensors. Your membership lets you watch them on the Service for your own personal use. You may not download, record, re upload, resell or share members content outside the Service. Signals from the In Between is a work of fiction; any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental. True cases are presented in good faith from the sources we cite.

5. Community rules

When you post in the chat, comment, upload a profile picture or send us an idea, you must not: harass, threaten or target anyone; post hate speech, sexual content involving minors, graphic real world violence or content that glorifies harm; post spam, scams or links to malware; share anyone's private information; impersonate others; or break the law. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Victims and families in true cases are real people; treat them with respect.

6. What you post

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, non exclusive licence to host and show it on the Service. If you send us a case or story idea, you agree we may use it, or something similar to it, without payment or credit, except the credits we promise for Keepers. Do not send anything you need to keep confidential.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or stop features. If we close the Service entirely, we will refund the unused part of any paid period.

8. Liability

The Service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some content is intense and frightening; watch at your own discretion.

9. Ending your account

You can close your account by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; if we close yours without a breach on your part, we will refund the unused part of your paid period.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date; material changes will be emailed to members. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NYPTID Industries operates.
